Concert Time Changed For Grandstand Show At Illinois State Fair

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – The Illinois State Fair has announced that the start time of the Styx and REO Speedwagon with Head East concert on Saturday, Aug. 10 has changed.

Due to the expected duration of the show, the start time is being moved up an hour to 7 p.m. Concertgoers should adjust their schedules accordingly.

General seating and track ticket holders will be able to enter the Grandstand starting at 6 p.m., and VIPit ticket holders will be escorted to the Pit at 5:30 p.m.

Tickets are still available for all Grandstand acts at the Illinois State Fair. The ticket office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Questions regarding Grandstand concerts should be directed to the State Fair ticket office at (217) 782-1979.

The Illinois State Fair will take place Aug. 8 – 18.
