An Act Concerning: Renewable Fuels
Description:  Makes technical changes to the Illinois Renewable Fuels Development Program Act (House Bill 46), which was signed by the Governor on June 11, 2003.  The program, housed within the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, will provide financial assistance for the construction, modification, alteration or retrofitting of renewable fuel plants in Illinois that have an annual production capacity of no less than 30 million gallons.  Technical changes made by Senate Bill 20 include making the definition of "labor organization" and "owner" conforms with definitions in the National Labor Relations Act; and to change the fund from which grants will be made from the General Revenue Fund to the Build Illinois Bond Fund.
