Governor calls for a second special session


	SPRINGFIELD, Ill.-- Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich today called for a second special session to begin at noon on Friday, June 25, 2004 so that the state's legislature may finish the business of the people and pass a fiscal year 2005 state budget. Governor Blagojevich called for the second special session after Speaker Michael Madigan adjourned the House until Monday, June 28, 2004.
