Governor Ryan Plans Mexico Trip to Expand Trade
CHICAGO -- Governor George H. Ryan today announced that he will be traveling to Mexico, Illinois' second largest trading partner, and meeting with President Ernesto Zedillo and President-elect Vicente Fox.
