Governor Blagojevich has ordered that all State-occupied facilities fly the flag of the United States of America and Illinois flags at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on the two days before and the day of the funeral of every fallen Illinois soldier.  Recently, the United States government announced that federal buildings in Illinois will also follow this program.  For more information, contact CMS Regional Facility Manager Jerry Adams at 312/814-4798.
