Honoring Illinois' Fallen

The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from
Governor Rauner’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of:

Memorial Day

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel on:

Monday, May 25, 2015 from Sunrise until Noon

Flags should remain at full staff after the Memorial Day observance until funeral arrangements are received for Corporal Sara Medina.
