Governor Quinn has ordered that all State-occupied facilities fly the flag of the United States of America and Illinois flags at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on the day of the funeral of every fallen Illinois soldier and the two days preceding that day. The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from
Governor Quinn’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff on behalf of:

Illinois National Guard
Hometown:  Riverdale, Illinois

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel from:

Sunrise, Wednesday, September 18, 2013 until
Sunset, Friday, September 20, 2013
